Well describing ones self is not an easy task?! I am a Marine, been to Iraq, and will be regardless of the current uniform I am wearing according to the current Commandant of the Corps, I am a father of ***yr old son, I coach football and soccer and enjoy being around kids, even all the really goofy questions that have more to do with video games than real life, lol. Ive been back on the single scene for a little bit but Im not really liking the single scene. For starters I'm done with the bars and night clubs but the random meetings are far and few. Im just a laid back guy who enjoys being with the right woman. I love to be outdoors and I love my time at home as well. I love pulling the doors and top off the Jeep and just driving in the direction of nowhere on a nice day. I go fourwheeling atleast once a month or I'll try and find something to do outdoors. I'll stand out in the rain on a warm summer day or night if I dont have to be somewhere. Try it sometime. I love to cook or grill with friends and I prefer to be at home for dinner vs ordering from a menu. I fix things myself I dont pay someone else to do it. Its football season so if theres a good game on Sunday or Monday night Im watching it. However I dont glue myself to the couch all season, life will go on if I miss a game. At this point Im looking for a person to share my time with and create something bigger not a person who still lives at the club or local bar. Ive had a chance to start reading what some of the women are looking for in a man and I think Im finding myself to be a bigger romantic than the women my age. I guess what Im trying to say is Im looking for a person to enjoy my life with not a paycheck or a financial portfolio. So if your top 3 traits in a man look like "you need a house a car and a job" I have a feeling you're probably going to be a more on the materialistic side and not enough on the romantic side so keep looking. This isnt because I lack any of those items, I have a great house with a big yard, a jeep thats almost paid off and a career. The other big nogo is the photos. If you cant post a recent photo of yourself then dont. This means just because you liked a picture of yourself from 10yrs ago doesnt mean you still look like that. Yeah its superficial but I like the way I looked when I was 25 too I just dont look like that anymore. My daughter says Im more distinguished. I think she wanted something at the time she said it though. In other words if I have to use age progression when we meet so i can recognize you..you probably dont look 25 anymore either. So please dont do the bait and switch. I just want something simple so I can focus on getting to know you without all the distractions.
