I love going to sports games, and skating so that would be a great first date in my opinion =) something fun! like skating or mini golf or even a hockey game :) but coffee and a walk would be a good start or drinks at a nice pub.

I'm looking for someone who will hold to door for me but also someone who isn't afraid to laugh with me if I trip over the mat going through the door. It would be great if we had similar interests and even better if we share some but you also have your own. I'm looking for someone who is comfortable hanging out at home watching a movie or doing something active like going for a hike or playing a round of golf (I've recently got back into golfing and am really enjoying it).I do have a geeky side but I can function in normal social settings. (Think Bernadette not Amy!). Also, I seem to not be geeky enough for geeks but am too geeky for cool guys...go figure :) I'm very independent and goal driven but I'm also pretty easy-going. I've got a sarcastic and sometimes dry sense of humor. I've got a girly side but I'm also comfortable using a circular saw and drill. Country music is usually what my radio is set to but I enjoy most types of music. I’d say coffee or a drink somewhere is a pretty good first date. I’d also be up for something a bit more fun like mini- I think those would be fun get-to-know-you options as well.
