I thought I'd check this site out in hopes of possibly meeting someone I can connect with, a person who shares the same outlook on life. I'm a father of two amazing kids who are with me half the time, they are very precious to me. I come from a large family, my parents have been happily married for 45 years and my 3 siblings and I are all very close. Love the outdoors, skiing has always been a passion of mine and I work out at the gym ***days a week. Weekend getaways are quite common for me, I'm known to be a little spontaneous from time to time. I'm not to picky when it comes to music, I love classic rock and pretty much everything else except a big C- on the rap (don't mind a few songs from eminem though). I'm no stranger in the kitchen, I like to cook, it's a rewarding feeling preparing a nice meal while sipping on a good glass of red wine. I guess I'm considered well travelled, been to a lot of beautiful countries and experienced many different cultures which has partially moulded me into the person I am today. I was married once before, It didn't work out for various reasons but I still envy people who are happily married because it's a beautiful thing. Living a single life has it's perks but I believe life is meant to be shared by two. There's lots more about me I can go on about but I suppose that can wait for another time. Something simple, perhaps a chat over a beverage at a pub or coffee house.

It's pretty difficult trying to fit your self into a single paragraph So if I do it it's going to be without adequate punctuation or decent grammarMe: I laugh a lot given the slightest excuse to do so I have the best dog ever who gives me a lot of excuses to do so I've spent much of my life enjoying things I'm not terribly good at (ultimate, hockey, running, kayaking) but work harder the almost anyone so generally hold my own despite my size ***lbs 5'9). I'm a practical guy with a professional, high stress job but still have a soft side that allows me to enjoy Pixar movies and the Princess Bride. I'm quite happy spending money on experiences or on my dog (best dog ever!) or nieces (best nieces ever!) but don't particularly enjoy spending money on me. Similarly I'm somewhat adverse to blatant commercialism. Paying extra is fine for a timeless durable piece but watching my brother replace his designer jeans every 8 months drove me nuts.Thanks for taking the timeI do have more pictures available and am happy to send them on request.
