I've been online dating for several years and I really have nothing bad to say about it. Sure, I've had some bad dates, but I've also made some friends and have had some great relationships. High school sweethearts seem to be a thing of the past. Which is fine by me. In high school, I didn't know who I was or what I wanted. I thought I wanted to be a standup comedian or a radio DJ. I took a run at being a radio DJ for a few years but it wasn't for me. There's something odd about talking to yourself at 3 in the morning thinking no one is listening. Well, they are. And boy do they like to talk.But the trick to making this work is making that first step.
