Stupidity is the act of repeating the same act over and over and expecting different results. Guys who say they want a good woman but keep going for the same type of women/only one body figure of women only to get hurt yet again fall into the stupid category. I don't think anyone on here really has the time or want for stupid.With that being said,I've always been told that I'm the kind of person that you can't help but like, I'm cheerful and always smiling and when your feeling blue I always try to put a smile on your face. I'm not all sugar and candy though. My family and friends are more important to me than anything in the world, with the most important being my son. That being said I am a single mom if you can't handle it I understand but please don't start talking to a single parent and then say "Oh, I don't wanna be with someone who has kids." Lol kinda obvious by checking yes to that question that someone does have them. Anyways, I like the country and country music as well. I'm also a big sports fan, I cheer for the guys in red; Chiefs and Cardinals! I'm not the kind of girl who makes a fuss because a guy wants to watch football or baseball just as long as he doesn't mind me being louder then he is. I'm a hard worker, don't believe in doing things half*ssed. I come from Naval Stock (dad, grandpa, uncle, and a couple of cousins) so I was brought up to respect others and am pretty much a polite cheerful person. I'm not your everyday barbie doll, very far from it, I work with what god gave me and can ask no more. So if you think you might wanna take a chance just drop me a line, I promise I don't bite...to hard anyways hehe. I'd be up for just about anything from dinner and a movie to horseback riding to a day at an amusement park.

Everything is a joke to me. Everything. If things get too tense, I try to make a funny. If that fails, I try again. Of course I know that there are some situations where a joke is really not appropriate, so I hold the hilarity in. I work in marketing, with a love for advertising/communications, but also dabbling in a bit of design (very much learning as I go there, no formal training). Started my own small photography business back home, self taught. Have started a photography certificate before attempting to start it back up in Calgary. Loving the course so far!Have travelled a bit and want to see a lot more. And now I'm back in Calgary again! Going to gigs is one of my favourite things to do, but none of my friends seem to either a) like the same music as me or b) like going to gigs. So definitely looking for a new gig partner I love it when people make the effort to send me a message that shows they've read my profile, and are actually interested in the things I've said. Much better than the obvious ctrl c + ctrl v or "wanna chat?" messages. So send me one of those :) Coffee? Drink? Some people are settling down, some people are settling, and some people refuse to settle for anything less than butterflies.Well hey there! I'm not very good when it comes to talking about me...but here it goes. I am very kind hearted and sincere and am looking for someone who has the same qualities. I also love to two step but its been a long time since I've been spun around the dance floor so maybe you could teach me a few new moves. I can have fun in almost any situation and love to laugh! I can play city girl and dress up for a night on the town, but can also have a great time cruising back roads in a big truck listening to old country classics and drinking a few cold ones with my significant other. Movies and dinner is always fun, but not for a first date. I also enjoy a nice quiet night at home snuggling with my puppies and watching movies or reading a good book (I have two Havanese dogs who are like my children so you must like dogs!). Seeing all 50 states is on my bucket list, but I still have a long way to go! In my spare time, I also have a passion for jewelry making and can be a little crafty!I've been trying to get into a good workout routine, but definitely need to try harder! Between a treadmill and elliptical in my house plus a wii fit, I have no excuse! I recently started the Couch to 5k workout and hope to accomplish my goal of completing a 5k in the near future (baby steps!) I'm also a fan of deer hunting, college football (Wreck 'em, Tech!), shuffleboard, and sometimes fishing (although I lose my patience easily!). I have more fun just hanging out on the boat unless I'm actually catching something! I am originally from this area, but just moved back a few months ago after seven years being away. I don't have many friends here yet so I'm open to making new friends and hopefully I'll find someone to share my life with along the way. There's so much more to me than this, but if I tell you everything now, what will we talk about on our first date?! :) I'm looking for someone who is educated, has goals in life, has stable employment, and preferably someone who is taller than me. More importantly, I would love to find someone who understands that relationships take work and aren't always butterflies and happy days all the time. And it would be great if they were willing to be a support system for me like I would be for them. If you're looking for a one night stand, you should look somewhere else! Lets discuss it.
