I don't believe you have to be on the go all the time but I don't like being a couch potato either.I enjoy going on long walks in the WARM rain, I love to sing my heart out when no one can hear me, dancing Is one of my favorite things to do (although I don't really know how just jump around to the beat of the music) I LOVE to laugh :), my music interest varies but mostly I would say Country and 80's but I also enjoy the oldies and usually anything that has good rhythm.
