I've been out of the dating world for a long, long time, but excited to enjoy good company again! I enjoy wine, dancing, any music that you can sing to or relax with, movies, talking, and even a healthy debate when appropriate. My hobbies generally revolve around my kids, but I really want to explore some new activities. I am intrigued by an adventurous spirit and mind. A sense of humor, and the ability to deal with silly sarcasm is a MUST because I like to joke and play. Looking for someone to talk to, laugh with, share things with.......who isn't too serious, has time in their life for a playmate and DOES NOT LIVE FOR THEIR JOB :-). I'm an amazing cook, so says everyone that I know, and I grow my own herbs in the garden. Other than that I can't grow anything ;-) I am happiest when I have a project, plans and someone to laugh with and talk to about everyday life. I'm a touchy, affectionate person, who thinks that life is better when it's stable because there's enough drama and craziness in this world without adding to it. With that being said, baggage and occasional bumps are part of life, and part of what people share in the journey of getting to know each other. As far as music genre's are concerned, I'm a typical girl and I like the sappy stuff, the songs you can sing to at the top of your lungs in the car, tunes that make you work harder at the gym, the music that makes you smile and whatever makes me feel like dancing. Country, rock, pop, jazz, blues, some classical and oldies. I can't really explain what makes me unique, I just am! My only goal, at this exact moment, is to insert some fun, adventure and more smiles into my life :***No expectations or requirements. Whatever works :-)

hmmm... I don't really know what to say without sounding as "lame/boring" as my teenagers think I am. Ok, so on with the lame/boring stuff - I am the mom to two great teenagers - I can't wait to see what kind of adults they'll become but until then I sure enjoy having them around. So now to the me (personal) part of this - most of my friends would say that I am very passionate about life, outgoing and too trusting. I would tend to disagree about the outgoing part - granted I can talk with anyone (in most settings) and am willing to tell you anything about myself but personally I would consider my self rather shy. I don't really like to be in situations where I don't know anyone or are in unfamiliar surroundings. I would much rather be someone's arm piece in situations like that but then again I love to be across the room and see the man I love and just give him that look that lets him know that we're really the only 2 in the room.I definitely believe in chemistry and attraction - I am looking forward to my skin being on fire and my heart fluttering by the touch of the man I love.I think one of the true tests of woman's love and understanding of her man is how she responds to him when comes home from a really bad day at work... I think that 1st we could talk if you want if not then I'm sure between the two of we could figure out a way of distressing you and if you are still in need of some unwinding time - I'll send you off to the golf course and when you arrive back home there will be a wonderful meal waiting for you and dessert will be back up for discussion.I am looking for a man that loves Jesus Christ with all his heart. If you have seen the movie "Facing the Giants" then you have only seen a glimpse of what I believe God is capable of. I want someone that wants to take care of me not because he thinks he needs to or has to but because he loves me but at the same time realizing that I am a woman of my own - that I have the strength and ability to take care of myself.Just know that I've never been the kind of woman that could juggle several men in my life at one time - I'm basically just a one man kind of girl.Ok, so as I read over what I've wrote I'm not so sure if the true essence of me is coming across.... lets just say I am who I am ... way to lazy/busy to put on fronts ....
