I am here because I am convinced that there are still NICE GUYS with old fashion values of marriage and family. Although, I have NO idea how to meet them :)I want a guy Mama would have approved of and I can't get enough of. I have a career I adore, but still believe in the little things like a hot dinner on the table at the end of the day (yes, I cook, just about daily),a neat and cozy home (even though I have "fur-babies" that like to challenge that), a lazy breakfast on a weekend morning, and church on Sunday...Let's see... I'm not clingy and codependent, and I ask the same of someone I'm involved with... We are all adults, with responsibilities and commitments... Complimenting not complicating each others lives is key. Making time for each other is also hightly important, compromising and meeting in the middle is mandatory... I've come to love all things southern, but still embrace and enjoy the cultures and experiences of where I come from. I'm not a bar scene kind of girl, some good music at a reputable restaurant suits me just fine.And guys... word of advice on profile pics... Get out of your bathroom, get out of your bed and put your shirt back on... Shirtless pics of muscles make me assume that's all you have to offer... I am the first to admit not sure exactly what I want in a relationship. I truely believe if it is there you just know. Or maybe part of me is a hopeless romantic. Communication is key to any relationship. Its okay for guys to show emotion. There is a time to be a tough guy and a time to be a talker. And I do believe in soul mates. Except he hasn't done anything great in awhile. So I am looking into someone funnier. Laughter is the best medicine. Okay at least know who he is. I would advise not to listen to him on a treadmill. I have an amazing 10 year old daughter. And a 20 year old daughter in College. They make me smile. Rest assured we are not looking for a daddy. I think coffee is a food group. Great things can happen over coffee. I love cooking 9 times out of 10 I would rather cook. If I like you I will make lasagna. If you have drama in your life I am not the girl for you. I live a life with as little drama as possible. I will share interests in music but you cant laugh. There are a few bands I love and my friends like to tease. But I cant help it I love these bands. Not to be negative I am almost convinced there are no more great guys out there. Or I keep finding the ones that want to act the age of their inner child 100% of the time. FYI not to be shallow but if you are under 5,9 probably wont work. Coffee or something that comes in a cup is a great start. In order to move on there must be chemistry.
