Howdy all!!It is always hard talking about yourself without sounding like you are the perfect person or an arrogant one but I will give it a try sooooo here goes….I have a career, I go to school, and I have a goals and dreams that I am actively working towards. I have a 18 year old daughter whom I am extremely proud of that is currently attending college and actively pursuing her dreams. I am a multifaceted person who can put on a suit and battle wits at the office one minute, throw on a dress and have an evening out the next, or throw on jeans and sneakers and watch the game and trash talk with the best of them. As for my interests, well I have tons. I am very open minded, laid back, non judgmental, and always enjoy trying new things. I absolutely love music!!! I listen to all kinds but my tops are old school R&B, Hip Hop, Classic Rock. I love to dance, go to concerts, sitting out at the local patio listening to live bands, or sit out under the stars at the Museum listening to Jazz. I also enjoy going to Mavs games, traveling, fishing, love boxing….pretty much whatever strikes my fancy. Life is an adventure!! We only live once so why not enjoy it and partake in as much as we can possibly squeeze in ?? With that being said, it also isn’t much fun doing things by myself so for me it would be great to meet someone who I can experience life and all its adventures with. What I am looking for?? Well someone who has a career and has goals and ambitions they are working towards. I always thought that was the norm but I have learned that is not the case so I am putting that out there first and foremost. I am really pretty easy to get along with but I do have a few preferences. I have a huge weakness and love for a tall, dark, handsome well dressed man that smells good. Get’s me every time!!! First of all I am a good person. I will not lie to you, I will not deceive you, I will not manipulate you, I will not cheat on you. All of this has been done to me and it hurts like hell. I try my hardest not to hurt people. I try to live by the Golden Rule. If it is meant to be I will love you like you've never known it before. My heart is bigger than I can handle sometimes. I am quite intellectual with a lot of words and advice in my head. I know that I deserve better than I've received in my 36 years but I seem to just migrate to the ones that don't think so. I will change that this time around. I have a daughter that I adore and she is my rock. The sweetest, most compassionate little girl I've ever met. (not to be biased). At this point she is all that I have but I am searching to find someone who will accept the both of us as a package deal and love her as much as possible. She is with me full time but her daddy is in the picture, just in the military. Lie to me once and there will be no second chances. True relationships are grounded by trust. No matter how much you can forgive, you cannot forget and that will always make you wonder and that is not healthy for either party involved. You can't find nor want a best friend if you're just going to lie...truth always comes out! I can't tell you what I'm honestly looking for from here or from anywhere. Love seems to be quite obscure.
