I'm a relatively mellow twenty-something trying to figure out life. I have an unending passion for public health, and work on a translational research team studying communication based ways to prevent tooth decay in low income children. I'm starting a nursing program in January as a clinical complement to my social science degree and jumping the fence on grad school for an MPH. It's pretty inevitable that it'll happen, just not right this second. No, I'm not a degree collector, I just need a spectrum of education and training for what I want to do. I gotst a big sexy brain over here. ;)Let's see... I like it...most days. It irks me though how many people up here don't have time to say 'excuse me' or 'thank you' though. It's just engrained in me. The two things I always wear: my manners and my crows feet. Social graces are just sexy to me, I suppose.I'm a major coffee drinker. I'm a sucker for cheesy 90s movies that make this generations' teenagers go 'huh? why does that phone have a chord? and how does it take pictures?' I'm pretty low key and easy to please, so coffee and a walk is good to me.
