About Me

I'm a bit apprehensive about the whole online thing, but apparently it's worked for a ton of people, so here goes. I am currently in Nursing school which is full time and the few days I do have off you'll find me at work so I don't always have the time to go out and meet people. I enjoy going out with friends when I have time though, and I am always up for new things. I finished college with a BA in Health and Human Services, and decided thereafter to pursue a career as a Phlebotomist. But, nursing is definitely my calling.I'm over the bar scene, and not into drama. I'm honest, outgoing and non-judgmental, what you see is what you get. I'm not one to make the first move though, so if you're interested, drop me a line. A first date is all about getting to know one another so I would say simply going to dinner, or grabbing a drink, but I'm not picky!

    I am a busy woman who is a devoted teacher, cheerleading coach, and part-time grad student, although I plan on graduating with my masters degree in December! I enjoy reading just about anything, although much of my reading time is spent grading papers and reading for grad school. Although I currently work as a teacher, I have worked at several zoos in the past, so I love animals of all kinds. I am the proud owner of a female pit bull right now, but would love to have more pets someday (horses, reptiles)! As far as music goes, I will listen to anything: country, bluegrass (especially Alison Krauss!), rock, etc. I don't have a favorite station...I just surf until I find a song that I like.). I hate running, but I do like to be active (dance, cardio, aerobics, lifting, etc.) Outdoor stuff is fun, too, but I'm not a fan of the cold.
