I am a big believer that a person manifests the life they focus on creating. I am a dreamer, and a hard worker at the same time. I think it's important to learn from everything that life presents, even though it's sometimes difficult. Animals and the natural world have, and always will be a huge part of my life, so it's important to me that my significant other can appreciate animals and nature. I LOVE to snorkel, scuba dive, and go sailing. Camping, hiking, and picnics near a river or lake are high on my list also. Enjoying this world, compassion, passion, a sense of humor, emotional connection, physical attraction and communicating each day are key elements for me in a relationship. As I said, I've always been able to be a loner, and I still have an independent part of myself; but I so value the close-knit relationships I have in my life. Yes, I do need alone time, but that allows me to recharge, and be my best with the ones I love. I am seeking someone who can be there for me, as I am a very loyal person who stands by those who have her heart. I love to travel, go on ecotours and help other people. A vacation to just relax is great too, but giving back to others reverberates exponentially. I believe that we are all individuals, and cultivating who we are adds depth to our relationships. Happiness to me is about a lot of simple things...family and friends, rain on a hot day (I just might splash you if I see a big puddle), sitting and watching fireworks, shooting stars or snow falling, toasting marshmallows on the beach or by a camp fire, feeling exhausted after a good workout, dancing around barefoot in fresh cut grass or on the cool beach sand on a warm summer night, going to amusement parks, plotting next travel destination or just taking off and having fun on a short, unplanned road trip for a weekend.I get oddly excited during thunderstorms and blizzards. I've been known to pet strange dogs. I like to joke around with doormen and waiters. I like building things. I'm genuine, sincere and adventurous (will try just about anything once...skydiving...check!) I could go on but if you really want to know more just ask! First meeting - grabbing a cup of coffee or a drink after work. First date - could be a friendly game of horse on the basketball court or a tennis match, or checking out a museum or venturing throughout NYC till we get lost.

So here's a little bit about myself... I am definitely an easy going free spirit. I enjoy exploring new things and gaining knowledge from all life's adventures. Every experience is meant to teach some sort of life lesson so I try to stay open minded and positive and not judge. I am genuine and passionate and find happiness in simple things rather than material possessions. I am so blessed to be surrounded by so many loving friends and family and they continue to influence my personal growth. I am a holistic nutritionist and I am passionate about my job. It allows me to connect with people from all walks of life and help them achieve their health goals. I look forward to work everyday, it is so rewarding. I try to keep busy and social on my time off. I like yoga, dancing, sitting on a patio, or hanging out with friends and family. You don't have to do much to have fun, as long as you're with good people that you can have great conversation with, that's all you need. I try to be outdoors as much as possible and have recently started going on hikes. I'm not rock climbing or hiking mountains but I just love being in nature. Laughter is a big part of my life. I love watching a good comedy or doing something silly to put a smile on someones face. That does mean I can laugh at myself too. I won't make an idiot out of myself but I will crack a joke or tell a funny story. Even on the dark days I try find humor to brighten up the day. I am hoping to find a life partner. Someone who is genuine and authentic. I would like to meet someone who has similar interests and life style and is easy going and open minded. I am health conscious and would like them to be the same. I think opposites can attract but that only works when the differences compliment one an other and create a balance.Something to ask yourself..."What are you willing to settle for?" I think you can have fun doing anything on a date, as long as you can engage in great conversation. I do think its fun to try a restaurant that neither party has never been or do a fun activity like mini golf, bowling or even a walk in the park is nice.
