This isn't the ideal way to meet someone, but since I'm from a rural area I figured I'd give this another shot. To be honest up front, I'm looking for someone that I can be friends with and to build a relationship with... I am not looking for a "hook up" or "friends with benefits." I've always been the girl that gets looked over or stuck in the "friends" catagory. I'm hoping that maybe this time around might be different. I know I'm in no way a supermodel, but I am beautiful in my own way and I do my best to carry myself with confidence. I try not to judge others on appearances and I'm hoping for that in return....I work full time and have my own car. I have great friends and a wonderful family. I enjoy movies (comedies especially), all kinds of music, football and hockey, photography, reading, cooking and baking, random road trips, and hanging out with friends. The whole bar scene isn't something I've ever done, but I do enjoy going out once in a while. I guess the whole reason I'm trying this is because it's hard to meet people around small towns. I love to laugh and it doesn't take much to make me laugh. Sometimes I ramble off on tangents and get distracted easily (ohh sparkles!!!), and I've been told I talk way too fast when I get excited about something. I have a huge heart, and love my family and friends... I'd do anything for them. I'm generally an easy person to get along with, but I hate drama. People who create drama and feel that the world revolves around them is probably my biggest pet peeve. What I'm looking for?... Well, someone with a sense of humor is a huge plus. Someone who has stability... when I say that, I mean someone who feels complete in themself, and a relationship is just icing on the cake. Someone who is supportive and understanding. I fully believe that trust and communication are the two basic foundations of a relationship. If it seems like we may have common interests, feel free to write to me. If not, good luck with your search :) A first date is a chance to see if you click... Dinner and a movie is always great, as is meeting up for coffee or a drink. But I think you get to know someone the best in a comfortable, relaxed environment... why not do something different and go bowling or mini-golfing where the silliness and laughter is totally acceptable.

So, I used to want to be the first woman to win Best Director until I realized I'd rather write about movies than make them... The Hurt Locker was amazing.) In college, I wrote a short script that was produced for our advanced video production class... set on an airplane, we shot our video out in LA on the same set they used in Fight Club.), but also feel at home at a baseball game. Right now I am not working at my dream job, but in my free time I'm writing two scripts and a book. I love when people read what I write, but I don't want them to know that I was the one who wrote it. I like to laugh. People have told me I inherited my dad's sense of humor (as in, I'd rather watch Animal House than a chick flick), but my mom's common sense. I'm well educated (I have a BSC and a MS) and like having real conversations.I'm a little shy until I get to know someone. I don't like being the one to make a first move, but I also don't like it when guys are too aggressive too soon. (For example, please do not initiate communication by saying let's meet for coffee directly after saying Hi. The answer will be No regardless how nice or charming you are. Let's have a conversation first - exchange some witty banter. Then you'll learn that I don't drink coffee and that you'd have better luck asking me out for fro-yo or wanting to take a walk around the park.)I respect myself and my body and am not looking for a hookup. Ideally, I'd like to go somewhere where we could talk (like, a park or something along those lines). The whole point of this is to get to know each other, right?

if you're looking for a booty call, keep it movin' there's nothin to see here I am an easy going type, I love spending time with family and friends.
