I'm a very strong and independent woman. I by no means need a man, however I strongly desire one for companionship, friendship, and the real intimacy that comes with a substantial relationship. Honestly, I could do anything on a first date, but the only thing that matters is whether or not there is an initial attraction. I can tell you the date will definitely not evolve to any level other than friendship if the attraction is not there, and of course I mean from both sides. It's pretty easy to notice if you're into someone within the first couple of minutes when you first meet, everyone knows that.
