I hate talking about myself in the third person...I also hate that this feels like filling out a resume for a job, lol. I just started going back to the gym this summer and i definitely don't regret it. The gym has become my second home and I love it...unfortunately between work and the gym I don't have much time to meet people so I thought I'd try this after hearing about it (and being heavily warned, lol) by some friends. Most people would say that I'm fairly quiet until they get to know me. I'm more of an introvert, so even though I'm not big on large groups of people, I enjoy one-on-one time with people or hanging out with small groups of friends.
