My sons are all grown and out of the house except for one who is a junior in high school. I have always been surrounded by children and would love to find a man who embraces family and whos family will embrace my children and myself. I prefer men with grown or almost grown children. I believe life is all about family and friends. Laughing and being comfortable and loved is what life is all about. I am a country girl. I love to fish, mushroom hunt, garden, cook, sew, love a good beer, margarita, or a bottle of wine. I can cook anything and I am quite good at it. I am a mother first and suffered a horrific tragedy in December, lost my 18 year old son who was a senior in high school. My world as I knew it no longer exists. I have ok days and bad days. If I feel like laying around crying all day I do. I now ahave 3 adult children and 3 children still at home, 16, 14 and 10. I work part time right now but getting ready to go back to work full time. I love kids, animals, and Harleys but if you dont own one it is not a deal breaker. I will be a Grandma in October. I would love to travel more, Vegas, the beaches, a cruise etc.... Right now a getaway sounds good! Every one I know says I am like the strongest woman they know, looks can be decieving. I am strong willed(stubborn) and will not change my vaues or beliefs for anyone. I dont own a $***purse or much of anything fancy, material things mean nothing to me. . .I do get my hair and nails done and tan but fine getting hair messed up and dirt under my nails! Life is short, live it to the fullest and never look back and say could of should of, follow your dreams! Would have to decide!

Hi, thanks for checking out my profile. - I've been single for the last seven years, busy with career and family, and am now looking to fall deeply in love again before I forget how. This does not equal desperation, however.- I live with my awesome, creative and compassionate 15 yr old daughter and small but very cool dog. There’s a cat out there somewhere as well. My two older kiddos are off on their own. They're awesome too!- Second generation hippie. I don't watch TV, neither do my kids. I've travelled a lot, and am highly accepting of each person I meet; no intentions of changing anyone as I enjoy finding out about others' perceptions of their lives and place on this planet. - Musically inclined; competence level: amateur. I like to think I can play bass, ukulele and sing (not necessarily all at the same time).I love to take in as much live music (in smaller venues) as possible and support local talent.- Skeptic, godless heathen. I don't believe in much that can’t be backed by proper evidence. I find the mysteries of the universe and the human mind so much more interesting than anything Depak Chopra can come up with. However, I am (decently) respectful of others beliefs and interested in learning about them. Probably wouldn't be into anything long term with a religious person, however. - The few extra pounds are in the right places. That coveted hourglass figure? Umm-hmm. I got it. - I tend to lean towards the "tacky vintage" with regards to style...love thrift stores & second hand boutiques.I have no need for the "latest & greatest", but I do appreciate quality. I'm quite content with what I have at this point in my life. - I love to play and laugh, and swear, and tend to say things that make people find me just a little awkward. I love passion and falling in love, and am very giving to the person on the receiving end of this ;)- Bilingual. No, I said bilingual. English & Swedish.And you, fine sir, would be educated, witty, open-minded and curious about life, and considerate towards others: not misogynistic, racist or homophobic (these are biggies in my books).You may be musical, artistic, geeky, athletic, entrepreneurial, outdoorsy, indoorsy; your heart is in whatever it is that you do. You're passionate, adventuresome, confident without being a douche about it, and possibly a little rough around the edges, even if you’re clean cut.You like to meet up on weekends or for dinner during the week, check out a gig or hit the road for a mini-road trip. You're local, or are intending to move to Golden, or come through often enough. I'm here for the long haul and prefer to avoid long winter drives if I can.We would absolutely need to click as friends first and enjoy & respect each other's company.
