I'm an East coast girl with a big heart and a good head on my shoulders. I am a very hard worker and take pride in what I do. I have my own condo and car and would appreciate the same type of stability in a man. I'm a huge animal lover and also have a soft spot for the elderly. I love to laugh and make others laugh, it's good for the soul ya know! I can be serious when need be but I think it's important to enjoy life and to not sweat the small stuff. I've lead an interesting life and can tell you some pretty insane stories. I drove across the country, alone...and yes I would do it again in a heartbeat. I love nature and being outdoors. I'm very good at rollerblading but sadly it seems to be a dying fad. I'm a girl so yes I like to shop (but will always bring you back something!) I believe that honesty still is the best policy so keep it real or hit the road!!! Yes you've read it right, I am only 5 apples tall (you wouldn't believe how many people ask if it's a typo). Music is my life, although I can't play any ***'d sure like to learn! I love anything Italian...the food, the wine, the music...so much that I'm teaching myself the language. (huge plus if you are Italian ** **) I've never been married or engaged and have no children. I guess if you asked me why I am single I would say that it's mostly by choice....just haven't met the right one yet. If I didn't scare you off then drop me a line...I never make the first move so don't be shy. Cheers! I'm pretty simple, beer and a pub or I can get all fancy and head to a nice dinner as well

Laughing is probably my favourite thing to do. Seriously, I laugh a lot. I find humour, albeit dark at times, in almost every situation. Unless I'm tired and hungry. That's a bad combo for me so if we're out and I stop laughing get some food for me! I like genuine, sincere humour not shock value craziness (like Lisa Lampanelli stuff, yuck) and I enjoy trying new things even if I'm nervous. I love yoga although I don't go nearly as often as I would like. The studio I go to is great because the *** pretty easy going and they like to have fun in the class so it's always a giggle fest as I topple over trying some balancing move. I can be a bit clumsy as well so random bruises tend to pop up on me....oh well!I want to date a man that is confident in himself and knows how to treat a lady. I may not always act like a lady but I know I want to be treated like one! Just like I'd treat my guy like the man he is. Simple mannerisms and proper courting have gone by the way side and I'd like to see them make a come back. The words "please" and "thank you" go a long way. As does holding a door open, planning the dates and creative romantic surprises (no this does not mean put yourself in debt just to impress. In fact you get more points if it's not crazy expensive but equally impressive.I value tactful honesty and direct communication along with hugs :) Huge points for being able to get my coffee/tea just right. I think a relationship is about nurturing and taking care of one another in a way that respects your partner and allows them to grow as they need to. I'm a modern gal with some traditional views (see above about courting and manners)I Look forward to meeting you :) Start casual as a first meeting. Then see what comes of the conversation and hopefully you can plan something fun :)
