Mostly, football, cycling, the gym and walking. I like to take part in duathlons too. (my swimming is atrocious so triathlons are a no-no at the moment - they won't let you wear armbands for some reason) Weather permitting, hiking along the Pembrokeshire Coast or up a mountain in the Brecon Beacons is another favourite. I would like to travel abroad more but not simply to expose my skin to that (rarely seen at home) yellow orb!I enjoy watching films but I hardly watch any TV.
