I was on here once and made some new friends, but I've reached the point where I would like some more friends in my life and eventually the someone special to settle down with (so yes, I hope to at least talk to multiple people and if we don't click relationship wise, maybe we'll click at least in the friendship department). I don't want the random hook up or the guys that just like to pretend they just want conversation but again still want to just hook up (ugh it's just creepy and annoying). I should also state that I probably won't respond to a message that doesn't catch my attention....and I have all intentions of talking to people on here for a bit before I start handing out my personal information or agree to meet someone...I have a decent job (AKA I like it for the most part, it pays the bills). I've completed my MBA in Marketing with a minor in Public Administration. Maybe someday I'll go for a Doctorate.I have two obnoxious but loving chihuahuas. I enjoy trying new things, although I am kind of a homebody - my bucket list is constantly growing. I'm pretty random - my thoughts are constantly changing and I tend to spread my randomness around. I like to bead, watch movies (romantic comedies are my favorite - it's a girl thing) and when the mood strikes, read. As for music, I'm a rock/alternative/punk type person with a bit of hiphop/pop in there...big fan of 80s covers (don't know why). Not too big on country. I have an appreciation for strategically placed tattoos/piercings. I love the beach. I really wish I was closer to water. I like to volunteer once in a while although there usually is something in it for me. Sometimes I'm crafty and make neat things. I love home improvement projects and try to work in the yard a bit (not that you could tell now by the amount of weeds from monsoon season). I enjoy beer tasting although I'll admit I'm into the fruity, light ones. I have a strange obsession with nachos.I'm a runner with a couple of full marathons, many half marathons and obstacle course races under my belt. I've had ankle reconstruction surgery on my left foot so I have some residual balance issues on that side. I started doing Bikram Yoga (yes, thats the HOT one) to help with the balance so I can manage to NOT fall over when I get the right ankle fixed. When I'm not wounded, I'm usually traveling to a race about every other weekend. I'm Disclaimers: I'm kind of a crappy cook although I do try, I catch things on fire, then set cooking aside for a bit. Most of my friends are guys and some people have an issue with that. I also think the lack of "drinking" options on here sucks! Oh well ha! (I typed this out once but apparently I'm a tard and accidentally deleted it). Something casual, somewhere casual - talking about anything and everything.

    I'm a single mom to 5 amazing kids (4 daughters and 1 son ranging in age from 11 to 2 years old). I am recently (Okay, it's been over a year but who's counting) divorced and looking to start over. I'm not looking for a man to "take care of me", I take care of me and mine just fine. So don't let the children run you off, unless you just don't like children in which case RUN far FAR away! My kids come first and foremost above anything else.I have been burnt, badly, a lot. I've been lied to, cheated on, and left alone (hey, ain't that a country song?). To be quite honest I think I have some sort of douchebag (can I say that here?) magnet attatched to me. I have a large wall up because of this and don't let people in easy, generally because it backfires in my face. This past year of my life has made me realize what I want and deserve out of a guy and I refuse to settle for anything less. No games, No lies, No secrets, No nonsense. I generally keep men at an arms length because I've realized that most of them are just looking for a piece and I'm over that. I'm honestly just tired of Mr. Right Now and ready for Mr. Right. I'm not looking for a "daddy" for the kids, I'm just looking for someone who see's how great we are and wants us to be a part of their life, thats it. I'm easy going and even easier to please. A night home watching movies together is just as appealing as going out to dinner and a movie. Horseback rides? Fine by me. Wanna go coon hunting, deer hunting, fishing? Drag me along! Chillen on a backroad and shooting the breeze, that's A-Okay. I'm just down to earth and love the simple things in life. I learned a long, LONG, time ago that money don't buy happiness and that the best things in life are indeed free. I'm loyal to a fault. I don't think you could find anyone more loyal and selfless than I am. Something even my ex husband will attest too. I go above and beyond for those I care about. I refuse to give up until the last ember has been extinguished. I have a lot of good in me to give and can't wait to find someone to show that too. I look for whats on the inside of someone far more than whats on the outside and hope to find someone who is the same.
