Stressed out single mom realizing there are no men out there that can deal with older kids, they can't handle their attitude and hormones, think you can???~MY DREAMS BELOW~I am sweet, caring, loving, nurturing woman who smiles a lot, loves to laugh, is very loyal (would NEVER cheat), open-minded, non religious, independent and honest. I love to do things to surprise the person I'm with and let them know they are on my mind. I'd have to say my favorite thing is to cuddle up and watch movies (as long as they aren't horror movies! I don't really like snow and cold and tend to hibernate in winter, I don't watch many TV shows but have recently became hooked on the new show "Beauty and the Beast" and will watch Chopped almost anytime it is on! I am looking for a sweet man that loves to smile and laugh! I want to make new friends, find some sparks, have some fun, and hopefully find someone special during the journey. Making me happy is as simple as spending time with me when you can, and letting me know you are thinking about me when you can't, and if you give a good back rub, you will get a ton of extra bonus points! I don't smoke, don't do drugs and only have a drink or two here and there, not much of a party animal or night owl at all and am looking for someone who isn't at the bars or drinking all the time and who does not smoke or do ANY kind of drugs (including 420!)I have my kids 90 percent of the time, so enjoying kids is a must for anyone I date as well as a love of animals (since I have 2 cats and 2 baby geckos as well as a love for dogs!) I won't care much about your past as long as you are honest with me and unless it effects your future, people make mistakes, and people learn from them. I don't care what kind of car you drive or if you have a big house, but will be happy if you HAVE a car that runs and your own place. You can't buy my love with gifts but sweet gestures will make me smile for days. It may take me a few dates to warm up to you and relax, but I promise I am a ton of fun, just can be a tad shy at first.While I do want to get remarried someday and have more children,I am not looking to jump into those things, but I'm also not looking for a relationship based on sex, I am looking for it all... passion, fun, laughter, respect, loyalty, honesty and eventually love. What I am looking for is a professionally-minded, non-control freak, gentleman who knows what he wants and is capable of talking about something else other than his ex/late wife continually...That's the *** of death for any date. The man I'm looking for is a Christian...And can come in from fishing in the morning, get cleaned up and then go out to a very nice restaurant in the evening, all with equal ease. I know this individual must exist...I just haven't met him yet. And no...I am not the type to do the "just friends" thing. By the way...I've tried repeatedly to change my age on this thing and it won't allow me to...I'm 50, not 53. Old enough to know better...Old enough to know how to get away with it anyway! lol A great first date would be my meeting a gentleman at a really great restaurant, where we would share life experiences over a bottle of moscato. Following that, we would could go out to a movie, if we are finding that we are enjoying each other's company. :-) If we find that we have some commonalities, then perhaps a second date might involve us going out antiquing...Or, if we're really getting along well, going out fishing...Just be prepared to compare stringers at the end of the date. :-)
