I am a woman of many facets. To try to describe myself to you would be frustrating for me and would only be my perception of self. That being said, I suppose who I am to you depends on what part of me you choose to tap into. Eventually, with enough time invested, you may see it all. Some see me as colorful and vibrant. Energetic, perhaps a little childlike, and soulfully inspired with many ideas, some new and some old. Yes I have a kid and she's almost as tall as me and she specializes in chasing off douches *laugh* I'm kidding. Sense of humor in tact.On the flip side, I can be many things most people can be, such as impatient, intolerant. I can be prideful. There's a whole list of things, but I remain willing to look at myself. I have taken time to look at my past and present behaviors and progress as I learn life lessons. I feel I have come a long way. One KEY thing about me... I do NOT drink. Nor do drugs. I still have plenty of fun I just remember it all now. *smile* I also try my best to live an honest life of principles and values. I will wait as long as it takes to find the one whose values coincide. Ok one more thing. I don't drive. It's a lifestyle choice for me. Something many can't fathom. But I do, and that's what matters :-) So unless you enjoy driving the distance, its best to be fairly local to visit because though I can get places, I can't get everywhere unless I call a taxi and well...that is a luxury I can't afford. If you are of sound spirit, mind, and body (most of the time) I would especially love to talk to you. If your idea of a good time doesn't involve going to a bar that gains you extra bonus points, especially because I don't drink. I probably won't be staying.... Locals seem to really love it here, or at least making the best of it. I am making the best of my temporary time here as well. But it is... temporary. I've had a dream in my mind since age 14 that I would live in NY or a vast city. I have lived on a few beaches in my life and didn't go. Up for a road trip? I'm in! A little about me....I am sparkly and magical (and yes, I have even used that description in a job interview and it was well received). I am a mom (mamadaddy) and it is the most challenging, rewarding and incredible experience I have had the privilege of being a part of. I am a nurse, I work with babies, very early and very sick, it is hard at times, but definitely a career I am meant for and it has taken two degrees and 8 years of university and living in Europe 3 times to get to, but I can honestly say...I love going to work. I have traveled...and would love to see much much more of the world.Music...all kinds, creative/exotic and adventurous cooking, red wine (although I don't drink often), shoes, giggles, stimulating conversations, about anything and everything. Recently started a new gym, metabolic training, intense, sweaty, crazy and SO fun!!! Walks and the park with my son and crazy puppy, the zoo, museums, dancing...specifically to live drums with any kind of jingles on my hips makes my soul happy, open to trying most things fun!I would love to meet someone with a genuinely good heart...who's smile melts me...who isn't afraid to be honest, regardless of what they are being honest about...we all have a story that has made us who we are...supportive and understanding...mature but capable of fun...respectful...has a desire to have a family...I am pretty down to earth, I like silly, fun, bright, happy, honest, respectful and intelligent.
