To offset those things, I am a woman who is equally as comfortable in formal dress, wearing seductively short hemlines or any other attire as the occasion might require. I have always believed that how a man's lady is dressed and presents herself is a direct reflection on him. Now, if you're still interested, you deserve to know about the rest of me . . . I love music, dancing, cooking, swimming, movies/videos, theatre, singing, concerts and outdoors. I don't smoke. I like wine and some mixed drinks, but don't drink very often. I may be getting older, but I refuse to grow up! Life is too short ... eat dessert first!The "modern" part of me is a working professional. I am used to doing my own construction projects or remodeling, I know the basics of plumbing, carpentry and electrical, and I drive a pickup truck. I'm just as much at ease in a suit as I am in jeans. I'm VERY direct and to the point, outspoken, and won't tolerate lies or deceit. I'm spontaneous, playful, independent, love to laugh, love football, and I have a great attitude about life. I have a strong faith in GOD. I'm seriously compassionate about animals, children and senior citizens. I'm extremely independent, confident, open-minded, direct, honest, sincere and have lots of imperfections!Sounds too good to be true? Maybe I am or maybe not, but I think I am the best of BOTH worlds . . . the way a woman used to be and the way she can be today. My life is a lot of things, but never dull or boring. I have yet to meet the unique man who wants "the best of both worlds" in one woman. The first date would depend on what we have in common. It's great to go somewhere to talk, but to have other activities, too. It's great to eat somewhere that won't run you off and you can stay awhile. Going to clubs to listen to music or dance is great and if you want to talk and be heard, don't sit so close to the music source. I think going to the movies, a play or a concert makes a fun first date!

We can choose to live life at a slower pace and stop to smell the roses or chase our dreams at a faster pace and plant the seeds for that "Happily Ever After" that we now have the time to nourish and grow and develop the right way this time. We know what (and who) we want in life and we're never too old to begin to live the rest of our lives together with happiness and love. I could write more about myself, but I prefer a sit down, face to face meet and greet to swap stories and share who we are to one another as this very first meeting may be the start of "our story." Just so ya know, I DANCE! I have a passion for the "act" of dance. I dance a minimum of two nights a week for cardio exercise. If you do not share my passion for dance, that is okay as there are 5 other nights of the week, Those nights can be our nights or if you do share my passion for dance, you are welcome to join me on my "gym" nights when I dance for cardio. However, let it be known, I dance EVERY dance for ***hours. Other than dancing, the one I am looking for will like road trips, out door festivals, rivers, lakes, rivers, motorcycles, the great outdoors, holding hands and cuddling.
