After being separated for 2 years now, I am very ready to meet a man that I can hang with. I've had an interesting couple of years. I've experienced a lot of loss (end of marriage, death of my Mom, father to Alzheimer's) and yet so much personal growth. I have 2 beautiful children. I was a sporty girl growing up with 2 left feet (when I dance, I bite my bottom lip - its not pretty) and yet I have a daughter that loves dance and sing and doesn't have an athletic bone in her body. My son plays hockey and I'm at the rink a lot.I love sports and you will find me playing squash at any opportunity (usually 3 days a week). I consider myself to be very grounded. My motto is "just be, don't try to be". I can enjoy pulling me hair back and camping in the rain as well as dressing up for a fancy gala or social.I've always been self employed and most people would describe me as quite entrepreneurial yet I think it is very important to have a work/life balance.I try to live life in the present and go with the flow. I can laugh at myself and love to see the humor in life. I really enjoy good food, good wine and intelligent down to earth conversation and humor.I'm looking for a man that is comfortable in his own shoes and who doesn't take themselves too seriously.I love to travel and explore.I love listening to music and enjoy many most genres.My kids are with their dad every other weekend.     Would like to meet someone who is secure in their life as I am. I am not looking for someone to `take care of me`, as I`m quite good of doing that for myself. I`ve been on my own for last couple of years but have always been independent. I enjoy all the time I have with family and friends, as they are a big part of my life.I consider myself quite outgoing, but there’s nothing like losing yourself in a good book. Love most all music but Country. You'll catch me singing all the words to the old rocker tunes and I even know some of the new ones. Been to many, many concerts over the years, the last couple of memorable ones were the Eagles, Train & Maroon5 with my kids....lol!!I love to travel. Unfortunately, my work gets in the way and I haven't won the lottery yet!!; Even got to kiss the Blarney Stone and hang out in Piccadilly Square, but the best part was that I got to experience it with my adult children. Love to be outside in ANY weather. Walking in the rain or snow is actually more fun as long as you're prepared. I say that as I have a Black Lab that I have to walk twice a day, so I have learned to enjoy.Best part of summer is bonfires in the backyard (have my own firepit…lol) on a Friday night and drinks on the dock on a hot day. Certainly not a Coffee (don't drink it....lol)Would rather go for a walk or have a drink on the patio
