About Me

The basics: I am 5'5 , wear juniors (teen) clothes in size 1 to 3 (including jeans!), have dark reddish brown hair past my shoulders and green eyes that can turn blue! I've had dates tell me my pics "don't do you justice" and "you look better in person" which at first sounded so nice, but then I realized that I must not be very photogenic!! :(My daughter is now a sophomore in college and while I do miss her, (we are best friends as much as mother/daughter) I'm finding I also enjoy my freedom and the time to explore new things. It also means that I am able to live anywhere. So, I am not limiting myself geographically.Describing myself: very awkward task, so I'll tell you what my daughter said.. kind, caring, generous person who makes amazing food and knows how to have fun! Pretty nice for a 19 year old, but I think she's biased! I think I'm honest, loyal, funny, smart (as well as educated),spontaneous, a bit mischievous and have had very interesting careers! If you like my profile, message me and see for yourself if you agree :) My daughter's friends voted me coolest mom--which I am seriously proud of!!I'm not going to talk about walks on the beach and hikes in the mountains, candlelight dinners, and romantic talks by a fire--all that is nice, but only if it is with the right person. Who I'd like (in a perfect world, if the stars were all aligned, lol!): tall and nice looking is nice, smart would be great, fun, kind and honest would be mandatory! Liberal-minded would also be great since I am very much so! Knowing who you are and what you want in life, wanting a partner beside you to celebrate achieving goals; just as you would help me achieve mine. Be nice to have someone who is there during the bad times (and there are always bad times just as there are always good times!) and is willing to talk and work through them, wants to laugh, love and have a lot of fun during the good times (which hopefully are many!). I try to be healthy in my eating (but admit to indulging in junk food sometimes--is pizza junk food??) and in my thinking (meditate daily as well as doing yoga regularly).I'm an interior decorator, love movies (have to have popcorn) and most kinds of music(except rap, heavy metal and most country).I give great massages (hospice-trained), love giving a gift or card for no reason except that I am thinking of you, and especially love great conversation about anything..or nothing.When there is chemistry and the sparks are flying, it doesn't matter what we're doing because we just enjoy being together. Tell me there's a great, kind, HONEST man here somewhere!! Lastly, it takes a bit of courage to "put yourself out there" and write to a man you don't even know..so if I've written to you, it would be nice to get a response back, even if it's only a "Thanks, but no thanks." She keeps me young! Ideally not a super-loud place so we could hear each other talk. We will know by the time we leave if we would like to see each other again.
