Kind of new to the area, I'm definitely still getting to know DC. Its hard to find what your looking for in the bar scene so why not give this a try! I'm passionate about my career, but i wouldn't say its defines me i know how to step back from it all when needed. I'm the kind of person that likes to get a lot out of life, not take the days for granted etc. so that would have to be on your list of priorities as well. Among other things, I love seeking out live music on the weekends and exploring the city. Hopefully you do too! Something involved and fun. Maybe catch a game, cooking class etc. No need to just sit and interview each other : )

Where to start? I enjoyed parts, however being back home has been amazing so far. I enjoy hanging out with friends. I shoot pool thursday nights on a team, which I really enjoy.I do like a night out every now and then, however, I'm not a club goer. I tend to like a band or something with a lesser pace far more than the booty shakin club. I manage a small cabinet shop...It fits my passion for woodworking perfect. I plan on going to school within the next six months to further my education, doing that while managing a shop could pose a challenge but im confident in myself and (think) I know my limits. I have a 3 year old doberman that is awesome, she is the sweetest dog ever. So I am dead set on meeting someone who's a dog lover. I think laughter is a great feeling so I enjoy just about all comedies, and hope to find humor in a relationship too... those are my favs i guess, but if the radio is on its prob a country station. I think dinner or a conversation over a drink would be ideal for initially meeting someone. I think a show or band may be ok as well...depending, I mean it may take pressure off of being on a "first date", but it could also limit how much you can actually get to know someone, you cant excactly endulge in a deep conversation in the middle of the movie, but I can see it either way, not that big of a deal....for some reason I feel like the second date might be the critical date. But i dont know why...huh...
