Hey, I'm Eric.I have probably rewritten this profile 30 times now, most likely because I don't know how to boil down the all of my personality into a tiny block of text... but I guess I'll try anyway.Caution: Spoilers What can I say about myself that will make me stand out from the multitude of other profiles out there that you could be checking out *** about I start with things that I love to do? I love to learn. No seriously, that is one of my favorite things in the world. I know that makes me sound like a total nerd, but I think that would have to be a good thing, take a look around, nerds run the world. I also love to fix things, so I guess that makes me kind of handy to have around. I have a toolbox that is almost as big as I am and I love getting a new tools whenever I can justify buying them. I also love to travel, I know that most people say this, but I'm betting they mean they like to go on vacation to touristy areas and such. I actually travel for work and I love going to places that you wouldn't normally consider a travel destination, though on occasions I have gotten to go to cool places like San Fran or Vegas.I guess that is why my job is perfect for me, I actually spend most days fixing displays, moving computers/registers, or running network lines for remodels in Best Buy stores. And talk about travel! Last year I was actually on the road for almost 6 months straight, though this year it was reduced way down to only about a month. Though there is a downside, which is that since it's an overnight job it kind of kills my social life...I love pop culture, watching movies and TV shows. I would have to say that I spend about 30% of my day making pop culture references. Most of the time people don't even notice them, but it amuses me none the less.I have to say, though I may seem very talkative on here, I can actually be very shy in person... at least at first. I can talk about thing that I'm real knowledgeable about, but I have a hard time putting myself out there in person. It might be because I'm not great at reading people, but I want everyone to like me and be my friend and I don't want to offend anyone.I guess I'll finish up by saying if you made it all the way through that then maybe you'd like to talk to me more, if not... well I guess you wouldn't be reading this, right? I'm not really sure what to put here, I'm not able to go on many dates because I travel so much half the year and when I am home I am always so busy. However, I don't think a that a movie is a good first date idea, it doesn't let you get to know each other. I would prefer someplace where we could sit and talk at length. I'm a little quiet at first, but once we get talking I do come out of my shell.

Well hello! Thanks for stopping by! I'll try to keep this brief. I'm awesome, you should totally go out with me. My beard is likewise awesome. I enjoy the word "shenanigans". As well as the action itself. I'm pretty spectacular at amusing myself and can have a bit of a childish sense of humor at times. I consider myself an intellectual and unapologetic nerd. I enjoy sci-fi and fantasy in all it's many forms from books to movies to video games and sometimes TV. Reading in general is always a great hobby, regardless or the subject matter. I'm fascinated by science and space in particular. Neil deGrasse Tyson may be my favorite human ever. I do improv a couple of times a week. I've probably got a bit of a peter pan complex. I like to travel. I never made it to Spain though which i'd love to do someday.I'm not all nerd though. I enjoy some manlier pursuits as well. I love sports - mainly football, baseball and hockey, not so much basketball. I go the gym a few times a week. You will too if you're ever blessed enough to hear me rock the mic with some Lady Gaga. I dunno. How do you sum up a person in a few paragraphs? I think I'm a decently well rounded human. I'm difficult to offend and seem to get along with most people, which I usually attribute to not being a jerk. Affability can go a long way. I used to work a whole lot and found that I was not enjoying my life the way I felt I should, so about a year ago I made a change. I work part time and am pursuing a career in voice and stage acting, and I love it so so much. It hasn't been the most lucrative career choice thus far, but I get by just fine.I love a girl with a polka dot dress, red lips and hips. I think freckles are adorable. But I've dated and am attracted to all types. Personality and brains matter so so so much more. I get bored with a pretty face a lot quicker than someone whose company I genuinely enjoy. Be funny, be witty, be kind. Be capable of holding a conversation, for the love of sweet baby jesus. I guess it can be summed up quite simply: I'm looking for someone who makes me want to be the best version of myself. So much for being brief, I guess. What can I say, I'm naturally verbose. The words just pour out of me. I need to work on being more concise. This sentence, for example, is entirely unnecessary. Ok this is getting long. Lightning round time: Voice over, imrpov, trucking, BBQ, Football, teddy bear, lumberjack, jolly, jovial, spectacular, respectful, swimming, morals, mostly secular, hugs not drugs, ENTP, gold star! If you want more details, you should talk to me! If I sound like a horrible human being and you wish I never existed, well, that seems like an overreaction but thanks for reading all this anyway. Something relaxed and simple. Grab a drink at a quiet bar or coffee shop where we can talk and make sure we actually enjoy being around one another.
