I'm not sure what I'm in search of perhaps just friendship, maybe more. It's always interesting meeting someone that you are attracted too. I am very skeptical of these Internet dating sites. I think they are a con and or scam. I have already seen some of my messages changed and not because of anything naughty. I've ask for responses from women that were labeled as being from my hometown that I have never seen which is not impossible just unlikely. I probably won't be subscribed long unless I'm impressed with legitimate experience.

I've just been floating through life trying to do and be the best I can. Lately, I've decided that even though it's been a pretty great life so far, it might be better if I had somebody to share it with! I think I have lots to offer the right woman, and looking so much forward to doing so. A short list of adjectives that I would use to describe myself is generous, respectful, funny, smart, understanding and compassionate.....there's a few more but I'll let you find out for yourself. I'm a little shy at first, but bear with me, that dissipates quickly! I'm 42 and have never been married and have no kids. I've kinda been living the Bachelor lifestyle. Well, it gets old and lonely. I'm ready to open a new chapter in my life. I'm just hoping it's not too late. I need somebody to motivate me to travel, to learn things I don't know, and to try things I've never tried before. I like who I am and I'm pretty proud of what I've become.....but I just feel like there's more, and I want you to show me!There's some qualities that I think are important, but aren't necessarily a deal breaker. First, I think one needs to love themselves. How can anybody love you if you don't! To love yourself is to take care of yourself. I try to stay fit, eat semi-healthy and don't do anything that would jeopardize my future (ie. drugs and cigarettes). I'm having a good time on Earth and I want to prolong it! This next one is real important: must at least appreciate ALL animals. If you don't know how I mean that, move on. A few small examples: if you have a problem with my dog sleeping at the foot of the bed....it probably won't workout. If you don't SAFELY slow down to avoid a squirrel, it probably won't workout.....if you don't like animals I don't have much for ya. I like to ride motorcycles, go four-wheelin', and take in local shows when I can. Currently, I eat out all the time and it gets pretty old. I would love to split cooking duties with someone....but I'll have to learn how! I've got some friends that mean a lot and some that don't. Sitting around a fire-pit listening to some tunes with some good friends is a great night to me, but also going to a bar and watching some sports on TV and having a couple beers sounds mighty fine too!Nothing hidden and no lies. That's how I try to be and that's kinda what I expect. I'm not counting on a lot out of this site, but I thought I'd give it a try. I know she's out there, it's just proving to be a little difficult running around in the same circles I always run. If I'm not the one for ya, I wish you luck and I hope you find everything that you are looking for! I'm wide open on this. I know by reading some of your profiles, they just want the man to decide. Well, that's fine but I'd need a telephone conversation or two to get an idea of what would fit for both of us. This could range anywhere from a nice trail hike with OUR dogs, to a nice quiet night on the town....depending on where you're from and what you're feeling like!

HI : ) I’m great; suppose life could be better or I wouldn't be on here …lol I would love to have that special person in my life to care about, spoil, make memories, and love, with reciprocation. I'm not discouraged; life is anything but discouraging, "what doesn't destroy us only makes us stronger." Good & bad experiences make us who we've become. Loneliness...everyone experiences, even if they are surrounded by people. We can't have the ying without the yang. Once in a lifetime we may experience the joy of having someone understand us as a person, being, spirit, and that is a very special rare occurrence, but it does happen, it takes trust, and an open acceptance of persons without judgment. People are always changing; personal experiences are always shaping us. We may not be the same person today as we are a month, year, or decade from now; but non judgmental acceptance of a person’s experiences will bond two people together forever. . I would really like to have someone to be there for, and my beloved be there for me, share the good life, love them no matter what and be able to tell them everything will be okay—“I love you. We’ll get through this." as I hold my love in my arms when things are bad...lol... romanticizing again.I would like to have a woman I could understand how they think and feel, or at least try...lol I do understand women process differently then men juggling multiple thoughts and emotions all at once, and is virtually impossible...lol... we can all dream a little right?Here I am, we can become great friends/or whatever fate has in store."
