! I don't know a lot of people in the area so while I would absolutely love to find that special someone, I would honestly be ecstatic to meet new friends as well. So about me, I suppose... I am a pretty energetic down-to-earth girl. I have an appreciation for the simple things in life but you can find me occasionally enjoying life's luxuries as well. Whether it's getting back to nature by hiking or camping or lounging indoors cooking dinner and watching a great movie, I have a blast. By the same token I do enjoy a good night on the town every once and a while; I especially love piano bars. :o) I am always a fan of trying new things...it helps keep life interesting. (Yeah, yeah, what a cliche!) I've been called sweet by many. I absolutely love doing little things to keep the people around me smiling. :o)The person I would like to meet would be an intelligent, optimistic guy with a great sense of humor probably so much so that he is more goofy than serious. (Life is too short to be serious all of the time) I'm a sucker for a kind heart and a great smile. And of course, he would like dogs, especially mine ;o) Ideally he would be educated, have no kids, and be a non smoker as well. Oh, and as long as I'm not getting too specific here...it would be awesome if he liked to run as well! :o)My bottom line is: I actually do enjoy being single. I can take care of myself and I'm not looking for someone that "completes" me. Last time I checked, I'm complete all by myself. I'm just looking for the rare guy out there that makes being in a relationship more fun than being single. Maybe you're in the same boat. Or maybe you're just curious if I'm worth it. I enjoy my home town to some extent, but as far as men go around here...I feel that the choices are lacking. Figured I'd try this. I draw and paint, I dabble in photography, and I love being outdoors. I enjoy living my life to the fullest, even if a nap sneaks its way into the schedule. I also enjoy being my own person, and would never try to change anyone. Just know that I am who I am, and I'm currently happy with myself. It would be nice to find someone similar with that line of thinking. I enjoy the simple things in life which include: Getting more than one item from a vending machine when I only pay for one. Meteor showers. Knowing that this whole Duck Dynasty thing will fizzle out soon. My dogs sleepy face when she wakes up in the morning. Making people laugh. Live music. Crossing off bands on my must see bucket list. An inside joke that lasts for 10 years, and it's still funny to this day. Aaaand last but not least, men bringing ME sandwiches. (don't worry, you don't have to actually make me a sandwich.) Just hanging out casually is enough for me. Not really into the whole "pick you up at 7:00" thing.
