Needless to say, I love BBQ and a little country music (St. Louis style ribs top my list of favorite foods). I am a spontaneous, very active midwestern girl who can't get enough of the beach and travel (wish I could travel more! Growing up in a sports-oriented household, my idea of "Fall" is defined by tailgates and Sunday Football, and someday soon, I'm going to be cruising around the city on either a moped or in a truck. My ultimate dream is to continue following the Summer Olympics by traveling to the chosen city every 4 years and sampling some tasty and sometimes bizarre food along the way. I believe that it's impossible to laugh too much in a day, especially at yourself. Have to be able to laugh.
