I moved here from the mitten state a little over 3 year ago. Moving away from my family and friends was a very hard decision, but I'm very pleased with the life I've made for myself here. I'm still trying to find all the fun places this city has to offer. I realized that getting into "my daily routine" has kept me from branching out and trying new things. I love my job and am very dedicated to it. My day involves more than just playing with puppies and kittens, but I can't deny its my favorite part. A lot of people say it's important to see how a guy treats his mom, but I have to see how he treats his pets!I started running a little over a year ago and it has quickly become my favorite hobby. It's amazing how a good run can make you forget about a bad day. Now I'm ready to tackle some of the more fun races and warrior dashes.Other than running I like any outdoor activity as long as its warm out; rollerblading, hiking or taking a friend's dog for a walk. I need someone with an active lifestyle who wouldn't mind going for a run with me sometimes. I consider myself a shy person, especially at first. To balance that, I think I need someone who is more outgoing. Owning a pet is not a necessity, but you must respect that animals are a huge part of my life and I spoil mine. If I don't see things working out long term, I really don't see the point in continuing to date. I hope that others can be honest with me in that respect as well.

With each visit to a new place comes the realization that I haven't seen much. The more I learn the more I realize I know very little. I am extremely active. Athleticism and a healthy lifestyle are important to me. I love being outdoors, snowboarding, hiking and climbing trees just as much as I enjoy putting on a pair of stilettos, dressing up and going out in the city. If you have no aspirations beyond what you're currently doing or still live with your mom because she does your laundry for you, I'm not interested. I really prefer men with a full head of hair. I'm not into tattoos. I don't care about your car, but can appreciate if you do. If you do not enjoy being outside when the sun is shining, we probably won't get along. I set high standards for myself intellectually, emotionally, professionally and physically. The right man for me would do the same.
