I'm a Kinesiologist and Sports Nutritionist. I work the entire gambit...from kids 10 and under all the way up to 70+. I love what I do. The way the human body moves continues to blow my mind. I like fried pickles. I love Chuy's. I'm very laid back, and I do not get upset easily. I try to keep things as evenly keeled as possible. I love traveling, especially outside the good old US of A. I lived in the Philippines for a total of 7 years, and I am grateful for the experiences and perspective that living outside the US provides.
