Well I suppose we are all here looking for some love and affection. Hope your not too picky about me... So here's a bit me.My hobbies are pretty simple. I like to work, and read success books. Long walks are always good for the mind. A day trip once in a while to change perspective. Working around the house to stay grounded. Going to an Orioles baseball game with some friends. A good movie to relax, No horror movies though. Sometime this summer I want to try one of those stand up surf boards at the beach with some nice waves. I've also been thinking about getting a little MGB or Miata to tinker around on and cruise around in on a nice summer day. During football season the SEC rules and the SC Gamecocks will win a championship ... Someday. I tend to be more on the introverted side and somewhat laid back with a dry wit except when I am at work, then I'm a perfectionist. I am a chef by trade and work different hours, nothing crazy. Professionally, I am happy with my career. I've always been shy but like being around a lot of people, just not the center of attention. I have conservative tastes and like to dress in dress pants and look good. Woman that are confident and fashionable are awesome! Being conscience about health and weight is important.I don't keep up with the latest music but like to go clubbing once on a while. In the morning I like to listen to the local sports radio show with a good cup of coffee and keep up with Orioles and Ravens. Casual. Going somewhere we can talk and meet. A museum or place of interest. A cafe with outside seating.

Man. 37 years old. Zodiac sign: Sagittarius.
Looking for: woman. In age: 34-44
First off, I'm a single parent. I have my daughter full time and we are quite the team. I'm a classic introvert. One of my favorite quotes is, "Do you hate people? I don't hate them...I just feel better when they're not around." It's by Charles Bukowski from the movie Barfly. I do like my personal space very much. Things I like to do: - I enjoy reading, don't read as much as I'd like to but I do go in spurts. I read mostly sci-fi and crime novels or anything else that will take me to another place. Bonus points if you recognize the quote in my headline. I don't go in for the self help stuff and really could care less about the latest trends in health, nutrition, and fitness. I read for enjoyment mostly, not so much for improvement. I will read cookbooks cover to cover though.- I am a budding aquarist. I currently keep two aquariums and would always like to upgrade. The initial costs of setting up new tanks can be a little pricey which keeps my hobby under control.- The same can be said for my intrest in golf. If I had the time and money, I'd go all the time. My other sport of choice is bowling. I'm out of practice, but I still can have a good time with it. Sometimes I even like watching the cars turn to the right. - I'll listen to almost all music. I prefer the alternative styles that are prevalent on stations like 89.3. I also enjoy jazz and classical from time to time. I haven't purchased a new CD in a very long time nor do I have and mp3 player. I really just listen to the radio in my car or at work or when I am cleaning my apartment. - I honestly watch too much TV. I think i just like the noise and the hypnotic movement of the screen. I have many favorites that I wont list here, but it would be really nice to have something other than tonight's line-up to look forward too.- I also enjoy my indoor gardening. I'm developing a bit of a collection of African Violets and have an intrest in Bonsai. I really wish I could quantify just what it is that I'm looking for in a possible partner. I guess that is just it, a partner, a great friend. I don't have a list of traits or qualifications. I will just know it, hopefully, when it is right. Something casual, go out for a beer and chat.
