About Me

I am a massage therapist who chose to leave my practice to support the needs of Hospice patients through therapeutic touch. I have a unique perspective on life as I get teachable moments everyday from my patients. I feel strongly about advocacy both personally and professionally. At 52 life is too short for games. I value honesty, trust, communication, authenticity, and a positive nature. I love my independence, but also feel the sacredness of partnership is vital to healthy connection. I am drawn to those who have a strong sense of self, but can balance those needs with the needs of their partner. I like smart women, adventurous, and those who have a willingness to be curious, to show up, to be consistent. Everyone has life experiences that have been trauma inducing, however I feel like those experiences should be sign posts, not hitching posts. I love to travel, laugh, and really feel comfortable in any environment. I do lean more toward being an extrovert, but I do really love my quiet moments, too. Things I have 0 tolerance for... Narcicissim, passive aggressiveness, negativity, alcohol or substance abuse, dishonesty... you get the idea. I live in the here and now and believe that provides so many moments of unexpected joy. That's my story and I am sticking to it.
