Someone that likes to hold my hand when we are just walking, someone who will tell me occasionally I look good no matter if I just finished working out or I’m dressed up to go out on the town, someone to be there for me and I'll be there for him. I’m really not looking for much because if there is a connection between two people all of those request should come naturally.I could write more, but I would much rather tell you in person. Words on paper do have meaning, but they can be misinterpreted. I can tell you more about myself much better in person and it will mean so much more. One thing I would like to mention, I have been told they thought I wouldn’t be interested in them because I don’t have any children. Well, that is far from the truth, I love children. I was around my nieces and nephews all the time when they were growing up. I went to their softball, basketball, and even weightlifting events. They have children now and I get to spoil them, but if you don’t have children that’s okay too.

Hmmmm..... Told I should describe myself better. Here goes: I love to cook, sew, walk, and be with friends. I currently work and go to school fulltime, so I don't have any dreams or thoughts about an overly serious relationship at this time. I am trying to finish school and land my dream job. I would love to work at the Center for the Intrepid if I am so blessed to do so. I love all kinds of music except rap (unless it's reallllllyyy old school) and heavy metal. Don't mind it for others, just not my thing. I love fast music that I can TRY to dance to. Key word= TRY. Tejano is my favorite, but also love 50 million other genres as well. Have friends from ALL walks of life and love them dearly. Have 2 right feet but love to dance anyway. Yeah, I said right-not a mistake. Why hate on lefties?? :) Love art, theatre, museums and festivals of all kinds. Love going to church and do so regularly. Would prefer someone who does also or at least doesn't mind that I do. Also a plus if you believe it's your duty to give back and pay it forward as much as you can.I HAVE HAD the greatest love, know how wonderful it is and can be. Would at some point really enjoy that feeling of having someone special in my life; but not desperate. I can and will wait for my souley-soul!!! Which is why I put just looking because I think when it's meant to happen, that person will be brought into my life and me his...I love, love our military! Am very patriotic, am a Vet myself and make no bones about my support of our folks. If that's an issue, I don't suggest ya stop. The green sweater one was taken 17 March ***and the other from July ***. The black t-shirt one was taken in July ***I am told I look exactly like my photos...that could be good or bad, depending on your sense of humor :) Haven't been on a GOOD first date in a very long time. Hard to describe, easy to remember but aware that dating has changed so much it's scary. Best bet would be have some coffee, or a drink and dinner and see how it goes. Then decide if you like each other enough to maybe see each other again and go from there...
