Hello people.I was divorced 2 years ago and beginning to browse. I was on here before but to tell you the truth, I wonder if people on here actually know what they want, so I'm trying again to see what comes up. I'm looking for someone who knows what they want and can see the inside of someone *** just seeing the outside.I'm from a large family so I'm pretty much family oriented so I hope you are as well. I don't go out to bars, but will drink socially. My passion is cooking and my dream is to own a resturant someday but I know it's costly!! Well if you seem interested drop a line. I really don't think ladies on here are actually looking for good guys, but guys who looks good on the outside and heartless on the inside.

Well, since I've begun a fresh start in life I think it's time to start a fresh profile.Recently separated, divorce is pending, but not to worry ... there will be no crazy ex'es banging at my door. I've ~just~ Call it a reboot.I'm looking for friendship first, someone that's as happy to spend time chatting & watching tv as much as they are spending the night dining out or at the pub. Someone who can be comfortable with making plans as much as being totally random & "spur of the moment". No expectations at the beginning of the day, and no regrets at the end.I joined a gym about 5mos ago, but the last few weeks have been a little crazy with the move & all so I need to get back into a routine. I'm proud of the weight I've already lost & am hoping to drop those last few "stubborn" pounds. Doing my best to eat right too. I'd love to have a "gym buddy", someone to work out with & keep each other motivated. I'm not a health nut or gym jock ... at least not yet ;- I was also 16yrs old ;-) so clearly things have changed. That said, I'm excited to be here permanently and would love to meet someone willing to show me the city. Anything really ... from the touristy to the hidey-holes ... popular to lesser known highlights. This is your city, now help me make it mine too :-) "Date" seems rather committal, don't you think? I'd prefer it to be more of a "meet & greet". Go someplace public and casual, an activity we both agree on or even just a sit-down over drinks. Flea markets are great too ... at least that way if we get lost for a topic of conversation no doubt the next booth will help us find our way again. No matter what, the ability to talk openly & freely is the primary concern.TIP: I'm not so old-fashioned that I don't appreciate being chased ;-) Ladies, it is perfectly acceptable for you to make the first move too, y'know!

Update: hey look I found the spell check!!!!Ok this is the part i suck at, selling myself.Sense of Humor, irreverent, incisive, esoteric and sardonic and often sarcastic, but not mean or hateful.I want someone who can hold a conversation, express an opinion and in short has a brain. Communication is key. Quite often my opinion cant be pigeonholed into just one sentence. Sometimes one sentence is all it takes. Honesty is very important to me. I strive to hear well And to be a good listener. I cant say I am Always the best listener, but as I have grown older I noticed that I learned stuff when i listened....duhh big awakening. lol Hobbies: back roads, mountain tops, hiking, places away from people. Concerts, exploring new cities, finding new restaurants that rock. This list may sound like it contradicts, I am not confused, i am a city kid, I love the things the city has to offer, but i love the beauty of nature. I like movies too, most except horror. Music: rock , country, folk, some rap, but people who know me would say to put "Alt' in front of those, live music is a big favorite of mine and nearly every time i travel i see a show, all kinds of shows.I like to open doors for a lady. A restaurant(or coffee shop) where we have enough privacy to get to talk. Then let the conversation follow its normal course. Find a common ground and go from there
