In my job I work with lots of numbers and calculations. I do enjoy using that part of my brain but I actually have more fun using whatever part of my brain that likes creative stuff. Things are more improvised and best done with intuition and feel. Cooking is probably my favorite hobby. If I am learning a new recipe I will read it through and probably refer to it that time but right away I am trying to see if there's a good opportunity to blend in some other ingredients or technique to make it my own unique creation. I never like using measurements either - except for some baking and rice actually, which I grudgingly learned the hard way a long time ago after ruining more pots of it than I want to admit. Roasting green coffee beans is another hobby and simply the best way to experience a cup and really beans should be roasted fresh every week for absolute best flavor. Every type of green coffee bean variety from every continent can be bought online each with their own unique notes and qualities and there are hundreds of them to try. Playing music and singing would be my close second fav hobby and in a former life I used to perform on stage and later on sang in a classic rock cover band, that was the sh*t! I really love shooting pool because of the skill and strategy plus just a little bit of luck sometimes, it's awesome. I like playing all kinds of sports and have really enjoyed getting back into playing pick-up soccer games a couple times a week, but also really love playing basketball and tennis. Just a couple of sentences right off the bat but there are definitely more chapters in the book.

Hello,I should update this since I no longer just moved back..:) I moved back in May ***after spending two years living in both New Zealand and Australia. It was an incredible experience being able to walk on deserted beaches and walk up within ***feet of fur seals just lounging on the rocks and beach. Besides having traveled down under, I also have gone to Europe twice, once on a study abroad semester in college and another month long trip in ***. One of my goals in the next year is to try and see more of the USA outside of the western states, I haven't traveled too much in my own country.My interests include hiking, going for coffee, wine tasting, snow skiing, dancing, road trips, live music, traveling. I plan on going back to grad school in the near future to get a master's in Urban Planning. Nothing too formal, just coffee or a drink. I'd rather meet sooner than later as its better to find out if you have chemistry in person rather than building something up online that turns out to be a false connection.
