The written word. It can convey so much and yet here, on this profile, it seems entirely inadequate. Yes, the pictures help predict a possible physical connection and lists of interests point out the activities we might share but exactly how does one bring one’s essence to life here in this finite box? The less predictable me…Going with what feels right rather than what is expected, decisions on staying in or going out, my taste in music, responding to a challenge, interjections of humour, loving or hating online dating, initiating the first kiss.I am, in some ways, a study in contrasts. I work in HR, yet am not a very rule-bound person. Not that I don't believe in rules but I also believe doing the right thing sometimes requires understanding the intended spirit of the rules just as much. I believe we learn through our mistakes yet still hesitate about making new ones. Without blinking, I would give anything of myself to my family and friends but would stretch my own self- I am a very social person but prefer having a few very close friends. I’m intelligent but feel like I still have so much to learn.I don’t have a laundry list of what you need to be because attraction is a wonderfully complex thing. It often starts with physical attraction but there is nothing more attractive than a person who truly understands you, maybe even better than you understand yourself. And it's easy to tell when you're in the right relationship because when you are, you are each the better person for it. Hi- If you are taking the time to view my photos and profile, please be curtious and provide a recent photo of yourself also. It's difficult to "feel" a blank blue flat face. I'm at a time of my life where my career is intact and I'm ready for the things I've worked for and deserve. I enjoy trying new foods, live theater, all kinds of music, getting lost in your eyes, cooking, and snuggling up on the couch. Especially enjoy doing something I've never done before. How about making an memory? I have sky-dived, parasailed and zip lined. Can't bring myself to bungy jump. My favorite sport is snow skiing. I have my Advanced Open Water Certification for diving. Diving was a drug that got me hooked. I now started biking, coming along slow but I will work my way up there eventually. Got bit by the travel bug. Enjoy day trips and weekend getaways. Bucket List includes travelling the Med and then visiting The Valley of the Kings. Those places are more fantasy and not reaIity but fun to dream. Family and friends are important as they create a wonderful foundation to build upon. Life is precious and appreciated everyday for me.
