I am a fiercely independent woman. I love dancing, long baths and reading, watching movies, trips to the beach (which I do not get to do nearly enough), spending time with my kids, drinks on the deck in nice weather and basically just being out with friends. I love doing anything outdoors - camping, rafting, deep sea fishing, hanging out at the beach, whatever, I just like being outside- in the NICE weather. To date, Cabo is my favorite place. Would still love to go to Europe though. As for inside activities, I love to cook and I am pretty good at it. I like dancing, reading and working out. My son and daughter are the most important things in the world to me and they come first.. My son is 8 years old and my daughter is 5 going on 16. She is a LOT like her mommy and really independent and outgoing. She is going to be my payback for being the wild child. I am the middle girl of three girls and the only one to get in trouble, sneak out.... basically the black sheep of the three girls. But at least now I can say I am the only one that has worked hard for the things she owns. (again independent). I am really outgoing and have a sense of humor, I am respectful, loyal, hard working, supportive, and I have a big heart. I love my friends and spending time with them. I would do anything for the people I care about. Family means the world to me. My sister is one of my best friends and I can always count on her to pick me up or make me laugh when needed. I believe in the old fashioned way of dating. Where the man calls the woman a few days prior to going out, makes the date and then picks her up and takes her out. I hate how things have gotten to texting and people thinking that is romantic. I guess I am a romantic at heart. Who I am looking for.... I would really just like to find a nice, mature, funny person to spend some time with. A must is someone with a job. I am not too picky but it is pretty much a deal breaker for me if you don't have one. :-) Fifteen years ago, you couldn't tell me I would be ok with being single with two kids, but I am. I am totally content and happy with my two beautiful kids but wouldn't be opposed to finding a good man to spend some time with. A first date would be something fun with someone fun. Maybe going to dinner and having a little wine and then do something where we could get to know each other without it being too serious. Perhaps going to play miniature golf, bowling, going out on the lake or to an amusement park. It would be filled with laughing, flirting and chemistry. My date would pick me up, open the door for me and then drop me off after with a nice kiss.

Done!! I don't know what you guys think you are going to find here....but I am over it! This is why you can't find any quality women, if you treat them all like there is always something better just around the corner! Nobody's perfect but being honest makes up for a lot of other 'faults'...I cant do that. I guess unless you are paying them they will just match you up with anyone! Including men that are NOT interested in BBW! I will be changing that to 'thick' or 'few xtra lbs' in a few months since I am currently working off some lbs gained due to my RA, so if you cant handle it....cyaaaaaa!So I am new to the area and having a hard time meeting men with my interests. I am looking for friends, possible dates, possible relationship or serious long-term...it really just depends on what happens, if we click. I don't care to go out to eat, I think I am a better cook than most restaurants and I love to cook/bake from scratch. FELLAS- put a little more effort into your profiles!!! Everyone's looking for someone NICE and easy-going!!! I am unique in that I have severe RA(rheumatoid arthritis-a severe autoimmune arthritis where the body's immune system attacks the soft tissues, joints and organs and is VERY painful)...you really wouldn't know to look at me-part of the problem though-not enough awareness about this disease. It is usually treated with Chemo, I have gone the herbal route w/o pain pills and I am better off for it! Just ask if you want to know more. That being said I quit smoking....cigarettes. I don't mind if you smoke, I just prefer to be around people that only smoke outdoors or four twenty(I could give or take it BUT it really helps my pain. Plenty of legitimate studies to back this up-better than having a pain pill addiction, plenty of folks with severe RA do!). I love movies and music-horror(like SAW), comedy(Blazing Saddles, Waterboy, Grandma's Boy) action(Taken)-...I sing pretty well.I really am looking forward to making friends, maybe more...willing to travel a little(very little), meet at four twenty pm. We MUST have some similar music interests- I love most all music BUT I was a metal-head as a teen and still love my Metallica, Rob Zombie, Rage Against The Machine...but I also like just good old rock, alternative(Soundgarden!! I LOVE to sing and listen to some music if only to learn the words and be able to sing it. Would be great to meet, go walking in a park, check out some waterfalls and wildlife. I don't like to eat out, but maybe coffee or a picnic...I love to cook for others. I have had some hard times recently with my health, still kind of recovering from attacks. I look so much different than I did a just 2 yrs ago-it's slow but I am getting back to the 'normal' me( done it before, I'll do it again). Again this is why I rate myself BBW...I have always considered myself 'thick' and 'curvy' but after gaining 50 lbs (already lost 14 lbs thank you very much) I like to be VERY honest, not many men are willing to be there for the 'before', they all seem to want the 'after'!YOU need to come meet me the first time we ever meet ...at least be willing to meet half-way!!
