I prefer both :) First dates should be spontaneous, include wine, and should be in a place that is not too out of control or loud. I like to be able to hear, and don't like to have to yell on first dates....or most any dates for that matter. First dates are exciting...or scary. Or both! Ultimately it's all about the experience.
