No men who feel they are “a boy and his dog”the reason being if you’ve had your pet for years and you bring a fellow human into your life the animal feels rejected because it’s no longer getting the attention it is used too. Also your potential partner may feel they’re playing second fiddle to the dog. Depending on the breed a dog can react aggressively. Cats will be annoyed as well they respond in other ways biting scratching and urinating on your potential partner. Animals will do these things even if the human friend you bring into your life is an animal lover. I put this in because I see so many potential men on this site with dogs.
